By using our website or purchasing a ticket for the Young & Paid Conference 2025, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Event Access

• A valid ticket must be purchased to attend.

• Ticket tiers (General Admission or VIP) grant different access levels. Please review your purchase before completing checkout.

• We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission at our sole discretion.

2. Ticketing & Refunds

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable because they grant access to a live event, which is a service-based experience, not a physical product.

• As with most service-related transactions (e.g., concerts, flights, training sessions), once a ticket is purchased, it secures your reserved access and cannot be undone or resold by us.

• Ticket transfers to another individual may be permitted upon written request at least 14 days before the event.

• In the unlikely case that the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, public health orders), we may issue a credit toward a future event or digital experience, at our discretion.

3. Code of Conduct

We are committed to a respectful and inclusive environment. Attendees must:

• Refrain from harassment or discrimination of any kind

• Follow venue rules and local laws

• Engage with fellow attendees in a respectful and constructive manner

Violation of these may result in removal without refund.

4. Media Release

By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in photos, videos, and other media captured during the event for promotional and commercial purposes.

If you wish to opt out of media use, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event.

5. Intellectual Property

All content shared at the event (including but not limited to presentations, recordings, slides) is the intellectual property of the event hosts or speakers. You may not record, replicate, or distribute this content without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or related to your attendance at the event.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
